To consume healthy food doesn’t mean to be on a diet and not eat anything at all. All those improvisations with diets and not eating for days, it could be fatal for us. To be skinny, not only does it not look good, it’s very unhealthy. So let’s start eating, but eating healthier!
Healthy food is all the nature food that our body needs. There are plenty of benefits from healthy food and one of them is our life! We will be more confident, more beautiful, happier, sexier…No more fat, no more illnesses, no more exhaustion!
